Project: Crocheted Leis (Anthurium, Buttercup, Orchid)
Materials: 1 skein, 4-ply yarn (either red, white, purple, yellow), G or H crochet hook, ribbon to embellish finished leis. Patterns will be provided.
No prior knowledge or skill is required to participate. All are welcome!

WOMEN'S MINISTRY BIBLE STUDY

Breakfast is provided, and we are studying the book, "Praying the Names of God," by Ann Spangler. Books can be purchased at the Bible study. PARENTING CONFERENCE

Lighthouse Community Church - 501 Van Ness Avenue in Torrance
Author and licensed marriage, child, and family therapist Dr. Norman Wright will be leading this conference that will deal with the challenges of parenting today. Whether you are raising toddlers, grade school students, or teenagers, Dr. Wright will provide insight on how you can raise a child who loves the Lord.
Cost: $15 per person or $25 per couple
Childcare: $5 for first child, $3 for each sibling
